BOWMAN, GA | 2019 Chevrolet 2500HD SilveradoOctober 8, 2025I left my 75,000$ pickup with try county in royston and we when I went to pick it up I started the truck and oil blew out everywhere underneath!!! Gallons!!! Luckily someone saw it happening and I was able to shut the truck down before any damaged was made.... the guys at the front desk were helpful but the technician working that way wasnt... he attempted to crank my truck and pull it to the rear of the building without adding any oil!!! Really!!!! All the oil is on the ground!!!! I have a photo of you'd like to see it... I was and still am not happy with try county Chevrolet. They just nearly destroyed my 2019 duramax. Noone has even called from management to apologize or offer to help make it right. The parts desk guy was super cool and did what he could in the moment to help. I now have oil all under my "was clean" motor. My truck only has 94k miles on it.. I take very very good care of this truck.. its just the fact that you think you can trust a dealer and this happensResponse from Tri-County Chevrolet

He was straight forward and didn't try to play games like the other dealers. He gave me a great price on the truck that I was looking for and made the buying experience very pleasurable.
